12 Step Upholstery Cleaning Process

Our technician will do a walkthrough with the client on areas that we will clean. This is where you get to point out your most concerned areas and where the technician will confirm that what is on the quote/invoice matches up with what we will be doing. We will also point out any potential permanent stains or areas of concern.
All carpets should be vacuumed thoroughly before cleaning. This step will remove dry soils and any loose particles from cracks and crevices.
Regular pricing includes moving some SMALLER items* (chairs, smaller non-motorized sofas, tables, and similar items). Please be sure to clear off/remove small items from any furniture that you would like to move. WE WILL NOT MOVE(no exceptions) Beds, Dressers, Sectional or Sleeper Sofas, Power-Reclining Sofas, Computers, Entertainment Systems, Electronics, Desks, Bookshelves, Pianos, China Cabinets, and similar items). TPO pricing (Traffic Pattern Only) is a discounted price for cleaning around all items and does not include moving ANY furniture. Furniture cannot be moved (by you or technicians) while technicians are cleaning onsite.
Depending on your fabric, a special solution designed for your fabric type and the soiling condition will be applied to "emulsify" the soil.
Any potentially difficult spots will be pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.
The heavily soiled carpet will then be scrubbed using our carpet rake to loosen the soil and help activate the pre-treatment through the whole fiber.
The soil is then extracted from the carpet with our hot water extraction cleaning from our truck mount (or for high rise locations through our portable unit)
The carpet is then rinsed with hot water and a pH balanced neutralizer to maintain it's soft, fresh feel.
Any remaining spots will be treated with special stain removal products.

The carpet will then be groomed with the carpet rake to help drying and fresh look. The upholstery will then be prepared for drying with a gentle combing of the fabric. This also helps with our final step as we are able to get another look at the fabric all one way to ensure we didn't miss any spots.
High velocity air movers will be placed on the upholstery and carpet to speed dry (despite being Step 11 the fans will be running at the start of the cleaning, which is step 7, and be moved around throughout the cleaning).
Our technician will review the cleaning results with you to insure that your expectations have been met or exceeded. They will also explain the steps we went through to try to get out any permanent staining and explain the possible traffic wear that might remain depending on condition of the carpet.
