I was first impressed with the woman over the phone that explained their 12 step process and the price to me over the phone. She was knowledgeable and helpful and explained their worth/value, which is super important as a small business (we are a small business too)... so I felt very comfortable booking them. Then their actions yesterday backed up their sales promise/description. We have 3 pets and had to coral them out of the way. But the men were fast and efficient and in no time we were back to work and back to life. The house didn't stink and wasn't sopping wet which we appreciated. They even got this gummy stain out. We didn't know what it was but they figured it out.
