Our History…

In 1972, John Marotta started J&S Carpet Cleaning with a vision to provide exceptional carpet and upholstery cleaning and repairs to the people of Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties. After nearly 30 years of investment and growth, J&S Carpet Cleaning had an extraordinary reputation and clientele and John Marotta was ready to pass the torch to new owners to continue his dream. Doug & Jamie Pike continue the tradition of exceptional carpet and upholstery cleaning and have added new services including 24 Hour Emergency Water Damage Service. Since the transfer of ownership in 2001, the company has tripled its revenue and expanded its fleet of service vehicles to five. We are a company large enough to clean a multi-million dollar business or home, but small enough to care about our clients. We stand behind our work with the best guarantees in the industry. The price quoted was very reasonable. The guys arrived on time and were courteous and professional, worked quickly and did a fantastic job on our carpets. Everything was flawless. The front door was secured by a plastic door to keep the outside-out,  they placed mats down in the entry way to protect my flooring and all the corners of the rooms had guards placed to avoid knicks and scratches. I really cannot say enough good things about this company. And finally, my carpets look and smell wonderful thanks to Scott and Ethan.  Thank you

Scheduling our appt was easy and loved that the crew was able to arrive earlier than planned.  This time we had our tile cleaned and it looks fabulous.  We have now had our carpets, furniture and now tile cleaned and always happy with the outcome.  We have referred friends to use your services and we were given a generous reward for our referral. They set up a door protector to prevent insects from entering while they clean and deliver the service described on their web site.  Anthony and Greg were efficient, on time and professional.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. J&S came out yesterday to clean our carpets. Back up the story though.. I was first impressed with the woman over the phone that explained their 12 step process and the price to me over the phone. She was knowledgeable and helpful and explained their worth/value, which is super important as a small business (we are a small business too)... so I felt very comfortable booking them. Then their actions yesterday backed up their sales promise/description. We have 3 pets and had to coral them out of the way. But the men were fast and efficient and in no time we were back to work and back to life. The house didn't stink and wasn't sopping wet which we appreciated. They even got this gummy stain out. We didn't know what it was but they figured it out. I highly recommend J&S Carpet cleaning.

They paid an incredible attention to detail and closely listened to all of my concerns. This is my 3rd experience with J&S and I will definitely be utilizing their services again when I need my carpets cleaned.
